No All Americans with jackknife doors. Sorry. They are actually illegal in many states, now. Doors open out for safety reasons, today. When I went to school, buses from the 50s and 60s had one door that swung out, and one that swung in.

@@bgasalesjacknife doors are a major saftey issue especially the Ward early amtrans and other buses that had the clunky door handle that has sharp edges I am glad the got rid of jacknife doors some of them are hard to open or close you have to have muscle to open or close those doors
