This budget playset was released in 2009 along side the release of DX Kamen Rider Decade toys.
As you can see in the video, the Faiz Mission Memory can't be removed, it's just only a sticker. and the Faiz Phone doesn't have the hand gun mode.
The Legend Rider Series Belts were a budget line of electronic toy belts created by Bandai in 2004. The line was eventually cancelled in 2010 and replaced by the short-lived Triple Change Henshin Series.
