Nice and easy. So you can learn 2 existing/old keys after ECU reset seem like. No need to make new keys. I had a call on 2004 Lexus lx470, dead battery, could not start, got this error, he wanted ECU reset, told him to replace a new battery first (he never replied). He has one key and he wants to use it, plus getting new key. It seems I can use this same procedure, reset ECU, learn existing key, and add a new key. I gave him a quote but I guess he did not like it, or continue to shop around.

Good video. Smart Key or W/O smart key. Does smart key assume a push button and W/O smart key is a physical key? How do you know which you have?

In general, "smart key" refers to a keyless entry and ignition system that allows you to lock/unlock and start your vehicle without physically inserting a key into the door or ignition. This system typically uses a proximity sensor to detect when the key is nearby, and allows you to enter and start the vehicle with the push of a button. On the other hand, "W/O smart key" stands for "Without Smart Key", meaning that the vehicle does not have a keyless entry and ignition system. Instead, it uses a traditional physical key to lock/unlock the doors and start the engine. To determine whether your Toyota Corolla has a smart key or not, you can check the key itself. A smart key will typically have a "lock" and "unlock" button on the key fob, as well as a "push to start" button on the dashboard or center console. A traditional physical key, on the other hand, will not have any buttons on the fob and will require you to physically insert it into the door and ignition to operate the vehicle. You can also consult your owner's manual or contact your Toyota dealer for more information on your specific vehicle's features and options.

At 5:00 it's says you need at least 2 keys , I have a customer today but he have only 1 key , what is the process In this case . For now I stopped I won't do anything I'm afraid to do something wrong.

No problem if you do the reset just turn the key on off quickly more the 5 time then the light will go off and you good ti go if your problem only to program a key
