I can’t believe how many tires I have fought to bust the bead and I never thought of my bench vise 🤦🏻♂️. That looks a lot easier than what I’ve been doing.

I upgraded to the harbor freight tire changer, even easier.

I find leaving the tires out in the sun for a couple hours makes them far more pliable.
