You’ve gotta ask about the other guy, why would you send the biggest swivel eyed loon in the field into the wall? It seems to me that Nascar tolerates ramming and spinning out most of the time until somebody RETALIATES, which in the weird, twisted, mental and unreal world of sport, is worse than any original foul. It’s like that in soccer as well and this way of thinking has moved into schools as well because you can’t expect sane thought out of teachers. Dale's not totally innocent. They were going faster than that at Atlanta in 1992 when he completely dumped the front row on the 2nd lap. (Brett Bodine and Rick Mast) Not to mention, all 6 of the drivers who could mathematically walk out of Atlanta the NASCAR Winston Cup Series Champion were right behind it when it started. We can try to say how much worse Kyle Busch is than Dale Earnhardt all we want, but the fact remains that Dale was just as likely to race you clean as he was to wreck you. If you weren't an Earnhardt fan back in the day, you knew him for wrecking your favorite driver, and you booed him for it. Slapshoes recalls him getting booed by his hometown crowd in Charlotte prior to the start of the race. You know you're a villain in NASCAR when your home track crowd boos you. Even Jeff Gordon wasn't hated that badly. The California crowds may have had some distaste for him, but I can't recall him getting booed out of Indianapolis Motor Speedway. And Gordon's hate wasn't even bad guy hate either, really; it was more of Earnhardt and Mark Martin fans being jealous.

Darrell Waltrip, Rusty Wallace, Jeff Gordon, Terry Labonte, Bill Elliott, the list goes on. How many times did he ever get suspended from NASCAR? I don't blame Kyle Busch for being upset about that, but I also don't condone kamikazeing into a championship contender over that, either. @hatedATbirth dude i'd be pissed at harvick. i always am! But this was under caution though, at well over 120 mph, and only on lap 17, you cant say that it only applies to certain people in this case.

If Nascar was legit and wanted to keep their fans then Kyle Busch would've been suspended for all series for all events for the remainder of the year. This is why they've lost their fanbase. They have no clue how to govern!

And I'm all about, "let them have at it", or whatever it is for physically fighting btw.

Not too many years later he would break both of his legs in a vicious crash at Daytona. Karma is a powerful thing.

@hatedATbirth um well busch's truck was in perfect condition. if anybody took a worse hit, it was hornaday. and plus, if busch is gonna survive the pressures in nascar, he shouldn't wreck them, especially on lap 15. and plus, 2004 has no relevance in this case. busch specifically said he wrecked him cuz he had been wrecked out for the last 3 weeks.

Ron doesn't deserve respect but Kyle does when he drops down to lower series races?

Kyle Bush shouldn’t even be allowed to race anymore. It’s just gotten worse since this. Dude literally doesn’t care about killing someone, or that he costs people their keep.

And THAT right there is why I'm never going to Toyota EVER

@trainboy32 I'm hoping he gets parked for all three series at Homestead and Daytona myself. He needs a wake up call. The past few weeks have shown how deadly motorsport can be.
