I am amazed at the underbody of that 4-Runner as it has 90k miles!! It still looks like new! In northern MI, where I live, we have too many months of winter road salt. It would have been a rusty mess under there.

What I did with my 4runner was I deleted the muffler but bought a straight pipe to take it's place. However, I added a resonator in the middle of the straight pipe instead of another muffler because the resonator takes away drone but keeps the loudness when you gas it. Also, resonators make it sound more bassy and less tinny as well.

I'm really glad you showed the before and after at the end of the video, that was a good decision Why? Because I honestly thought it was going to be almost the same, but that's not true. The new exhaust has a much better bass sound to it. I really like it, and if I ever need or want to replace mine on my 4Runner, I'll def go with the Magnaflow. Good video.

I want it but wish it were a bit louder. Seems not much of a difference but tough to gauge via tiny iphone speakers I guess lol

Great video! So no matter which of the three setups on the exhaust, no drone when cruising just different sounds on acceleration? Just curious as I’ve got 10 month old twins and a 3 year old. Don’t mind the aggressive tone of the cap only but if it’ll drone then I’ll need to switch the “dad” set up.

If u take the rear bumper off there are cabin vents on the bottom of the body on each side of the truck this exhaust is basically blowing directly at the cabin vent , not a good design at all

i can't figure out whether it's worth the money to go from TRD pro exhaust to the magnaflow since I'm really hating the drone sound. I wish there was a side by side comparison.

How is the sound cruising on the highway?

Just installed this on my 2022. Huge regrets. Drones terribly at 70 mph with the quiet setup just like in your video. I’m returning it.
