Learn from Froning and do your thrusters at a deliberate pace and achieve proper breathing rhythm. You should breath in at the top and breath out as you come down into your squat. Counter intuitive to most exercises but crucial for thrusters.

Конечно молодцы, но у большинства подтягивания не защитываются по классическим правилам подтягивания - раскачка корпуса, так легче. Да и нет фиксации в верхней точке.

Never tried it, because I can butterfly. Fran is a harder WOD than it looks. That's using the butterfly. So why would i make it harder than I have to? I'm guessing you don't do crossfit.

***** A proper one where there is no hip or leg movement, you lock out the arms and have your chin above the bar upon pulling up. These were kip ups. Completely different exercise. I have now lost respect for Crossfit.

Sevv9220 Pullups in crossfit have always been specified as kipping pullups, they're meant to involve more endurance, core strength, functionality and to allow a higher volume/intensity. They're a faster way to get your chest to the bar and that's what the athletes are aiming for. Not just feats of strength, but speed too.

***** Same way they do it in the military: if you see leg movement in any unnatural manner, it doesn't count. So, that would include swinging, kicking, kipping, fluttering and anything outside of your muscles simply contracting to execute the pull up.
