The Polaris 900 XP is an awesome side by side, but for me , I'd soon get bored by being very limited in the places that I wanted to go if I didn't own an Argo with Adair tracks. Yes, a side by side with 4 wheel ,independent suspension gives a whole lot better ride, and is fast too, but I can follow you in the places that you choose to go slower and still get there, but you can't continue to follow me fast or slow. It's all about finding the best off road machine that you enjoy.

this is why i bought an argo.spent all kinds on coin on my honda rincon to make it do what it wasnt designed to do.bought a stock 1996 conquest that blows quads out of the water.

The thing about owning a Argo in my country is you get to go where no 4 wheel ATV has been so you get the country all to yourselves not traffic and you see tons of wildlife

I have owned quads and considered a side by side, they are both a lot of fun, but every time I take my quad out I spend the day thinking "If only I had my Argo I could breeze through that swampy muddy area. If had my Argo I could go there, If I have my Argo I could pull that side by side out of the mud" etc. etc. you get the picture.

I guess when the word got out how soft the mud was in almost all of the mud holes , people got tired of getting stuck and pulled out and told their friends to avoid the mud. lol

my dad has an argo bigfoot they will go anywhere did you guys have any over heating problems or break problems doing that for a whole day

My dad has had 3 6 wheelers and honestly I've been pretty much everywhere they went on a stock 2001 Honda Rancher 350 and I know they will go some places a four-wheeler won't with the right setup I think a four-wheeler would smoke them in any condition

I hear what you say, however, here is what I have found, I have owned two quads the second a Suzuki Vinson 500 extensively modified, I have had every kind of modified machine you can imagine, some with $15,000 or 20,000.00 in modifications try to follow my Argo 650 Frontier HD with Adair tracks-they cannot do it. They can't follow my machine into pudding mud, swamps with fallen trees, they can't climb over fallen trees in the swamp or mud.

2/2 but my 900 Xp can give you whiplash and cover you with mud from your nuts to your teeth from its massive torque. I got my Rzr coz I love the fact that it has abundance of aftermarket parts that I can customize it to my liking. Argo is an awesome mudder/amphi, but its just too damn slow for my blood, Id fall asleep while riding that thing

So tell me what do all the adult men and women stuck in their side by sides look like? They are probably thinking that they have the wrong vehicle for running in some of these extreme mud conditions-reference floating, theses machines will eat pure mud without water better then any 4x4 on the planet, don't believe me? dedwards8708 - I respect your enthusiasm in regards to Argo. But you have no right to say that those "Adults in side x sides are thinking they bought the wrong machine". Everyone has their own taste and choice, heck we are mature enough to decide to spend $15-20k on a side x side its out choice. It may not go places you can stock 1/2
