The GTS was first introduced for the 2013 model year, not 2012. He likes the Alcantara on the seats "for grip" but not the steering wheel, which would you rather have grip? Plus there's no ventilated seat option with Alcantara seats, makes for a hot back on long trips. You could order these any way you want but this one has the unique GTS interior package so it is what it is.

I agree with Zach, alcantara are a great seat material. I have them in my 2010 S4. I love look of leather but these seats are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Can't say that for leather. Great review Zach and great car. I would buy this in a heartbeat.

The High Level mode on the air suspension automatically deactivates at 30km/h- I believe the GTS raises to the same height in High Level mode as normal Panameras with High Level selected. Note that I've had some close calls with my Panamera 4S on Vancouver roads so you'll need to be even more careful (and likely push that High Level button a lot more than I have) with the GTS's slightly lower ride height in comfort/sport PASM mode.

By the time I can afford a Panamera, Porsche will have fixed the styling with the 2nd generation. We all know Porsche can design beautiful cars as we have seen with the new 911, Boxster and Cayman. Just wait, they'll get it right.
