Check it with the engine completely warmed up. Otherwise, it'll deceive you if the head is warped.

It would be nice y it did a compression test and graph the current it takes for each cylinder to turn over. Maybe if I disconnect the fuel relay crank while reading spark voltage or something alike I can achieve this.

Yes, I have wondered why manufacturers don't program their computers for this. That would be great.

Question please. Will having the throttle position open at 100% cause the correct compression reading to be higher or lower than if you didn't have it open all the way?

It will be lower if it isnt opened.

@@737mechanic great to know! I did test on cold engine with throttle closed (Mercedes e350 2008) on bank 2 and got about 120psi on all 3 cyl which is low.

Because this compression test is so you can install a compression gauge and crank the engine to check compression.

f I buy autel maxsys906 from Amzon can i use in any country or should I buy it from local dealer to avoid the pan because different IP address?

some of the other brands(in particular one very similar to Autel) are US or China or UK specific...they will work in various cars around the world but the subcategories and those features for specific brands began to become less available. Amazon is notorious for allowing too many vendors sell whatever they want without properly explaining which version. There are also knockoffs you have to be careful about getting. Best is to call and actual distributor in your country and provide them with the serial number of the one your getting. But obviously you should just buy from and authorized dealer to avoid all the headaches.
