2013 Dodge Chrysler TIPM problem - Connect AC heater blower motor to battery.

If you get codes P0691 P0692 P0480 and something in your Chrysler or Dodge isn't working or has a mind of it's own, you probably have a problem in your TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). My HVAC blower motor wasn't working. I verified my fuses and relays were all good for the HVAC system so I have a TIPM problem. Here I connected the blower motor to the battery. When time allows, I will route the wiring through a firewall grommet. I just wanted to make sure my "solution" would work. Please note the fan will only run on HIGH (full 12 volts) because there is no resistor in play to adjust blower speed. It's loud, but it's FLORIDA, and it's HOT outside.

I've since routed both wires out of the engine bay through the driver side where the door opens and up top of the dash over the shifter then down... under the HVAC controls then back up to put swith in front of the passenger side of the middle blower vent ... put the plastic flexible conduit around them from battery to the switch for protection - also I was going to mount the switch but it gets hot - burned out this first one. Now I route a wire tie around a louvre of the passenger side of middle blower vent (and around the switch so that the AC blows right on the switch and the connections to the switch to keep it cool. Everything looks neat and stays nice and cool.

@@TomDavisVideo even thought about using a light switch =) but as of now got the heater working. We got our first snow storm a couple days ago
