Your issue sounds to me like warped rotors (this is a common problem with this vehicle, they're knocking against your brakes during rotation). You need to get the brakes/rotors replaced. My issue with 2015 rdx at very low mileage was an aggressive grinding noise from the brake/rotors, especially during turns such as in this video. They finally (reluctantly after many many visits) replaced my brakes/rotors which solved the issue.

Yes warped rotors will cause vibration during high speed as well. I'm not a technician, but I own almost the same car and had been dealing with related issues for a long time.

Acura Master Tech I actually the very same problem. There was a squealing noise when turning left..they replaced the knuckle and bearing? But a week later. The squealing noises came back but worse. Not just when I turned left but when I would just drive straight the noise would be constant for minutes with different low and hitch pitches squeaks depending how fast I go. Just brought it back to Acura. And they said to replace the shim.

the proper Honda term is "retainer", not "shim." The part number is 45237-TX4-A03.
