Life saver! I am terrible with instruction manuals. I had my carrycot plus set up in minutes. Thank you!

I totally agree with Jessica below. For those with a newer carrycot plus for the Urban Jungle/Terrain (we bought ours in December 2017), where the material to overlay on the frame is inverse of that shown in the video here, the assembly instructions in the manual are terrible and do not seem to have been updated to take into consideration the structure/design of the new material. The manual notes that the base (which sits on four legs on the newer version, not three, as shown in the video here) should be attached to the rim via the four prong "feet", and then the lining material pulled over the base and legs, and folded over the rim to line the inside of the carrycot. Given that the material has absolutely no give whatsoever, this is practically impossible, or will at least come at the expense of stretching out/ripping the material (I felt like I was shredding the white insulation part of the liner when initially trying to pull it over with the base/legs/rim full assembled). Rather than fully assembling the skeleton of the carrycot, leave the front two legs out of the rim, and leave the front of the rim rest on the floor/base of the carry cot. Put the liner on the floor and place the base/legs/rim inside the lining, putting the feet on the bottom of the base through the slits, and also inserting two metal pieces on each side of the carrycot through their slits on either side of the liner. Once that's done, firmly pull the liner up to the back rim, and raise the rim in front, placing the two front legs into their slots on the underside of the rim. This should allow you to pull the rest of the liner up over the front rim, eventually tucking the entire liner over the now fully assembled rim of the carrycot, hiding the white insulation and exposing the black lining (with the warning label) that will be visible from here on out (the colors are inverse in the video, the "inside" that is not exposed once assembled is black, and the exposed fabric is the lighter gray). My husband and I struggled with the carrycot assembly while trying to follow the directions in the manual for longer that I would care to admit, I hope this is helpful for other soon to be parents with better things to do that struggle with carrycot assembly!

So does the carry handle curve outwards or inwards relative to the canopy? Can't tell from the instructions or the video.

The instructions to put together the carrycot are awful. We purchased the carrycot plus for the terrain. The instructions will tell you to attach the plastic bass with the metal prongs to the metal rim first before feeding the material over. This will make it impossible for you to feed the material over as there is hardly any elasticity in the material. After hours of scratching our heads and looking at useless outdated KZfaq videos (there is a video of a lady doing it on her own which is laughable and another one of a male doing it on his own. Both clearly have super elasticated material which you won’t have) we finally found a solution. Don’t build the base like it tells you to, start off by putting the plastic base inside the material, then put the metal loop in on top and then put the metal prongs in place by going through the bottom of the carrycot through the small holes on each 4 corners and attach them to the metal rim. All you’ll have to do then is fold the material inwards, place the mattress and continue to attach the hood and coseytoes! I’m not one to write reviews normally but I searched high and low for help and couldn’t get any, so I felt obliged to help any future parents!

Video is as helpful as the manual. Completely useless
