Al tho there was barely any problems with the bmws partnership i own a SMR522 2011 and not a single problem and sounds sweet Which i am pretty sure its a bored out g450x motor But i don't really like ktm that much. but yeah i would buy the husky WR300 there mean and powerful.

unknownfox1994 yeah i don't know much about the technical side of husky's and bmw's partnership. but you heard less and less about results or even participation in big races and championships. granted, i don't really follow enduro racing, but in mx and supermoto, they kinda disappeared, which is sad. i own a 2009 te 510 and i really hope now they can get back to where they once were many years ago. i mean, husqvarna once was a really big name in offroad racing.

It's actually a Husaberg with KTM engine and rear linkage.

Husaberg was made by KTM with minor differences... Closed cartridge forks, plastic subframe and whatnot. Pretty much a KTM

ALIENdrifter66 That's the point. People should see things the way they really are, nowadays nothing is what it seems. KTM is one of the best off road bike producer and husky or at the time Husaberg can get only benefits from this.

you cant just buy a motorcycle brand and build a completely new bike in less than a year,husqvarna will gradually use allot less components from ktm as more development from husaberg kicks in

What happened to the Japanese manufacturers . in 1984 Honda had like 10 off road models.Today they have 2 motocross machines and a couple of foo foo bikes. KTM has more models of bikes available than all four Japanese companies combined, and none of them are play bikes. Why the blatant disregard for serious non motocross machinery from Japan, they used to dominate this market and now are starting to look like a bunch of losers. Don't even mention the CRF X 250 and 450, too many mods needed to be competitive.
