I just sold my 1999 Beetle TDI watching this made me shed a tear in my eye because I loved that car so much but I couldn’t drive manual anymore. It’s so much quieter compared to mine

Did u have any problems with it, im seeing a bunch of people say its engine is broken and everything but that could just be a low quality car

@@blackphonelover7394 I had 0 issues with it. Had 250,000 miles on it. It was the most reliable car I have owned. Find a tdi new beetle you won’t be disappointed.

I have a 2013 Fender Edition w/ the 2.5L. Some pros for me is it's very fuel efficient, has enough power to get up to speeds safely, and isn't super uncomfortable. That said, some cons for me would be it could be quite bumpy sometimes, and the backseats (as you'd expect) is really bad. Otherwise, it's a super sweet ride. I love it.

I believe the maintenance is a little bit higher than other cars but it depends on the previous owners. Pro is definitely the unique design. Con might be the space in the back. It’s not a family car

@@robertodeoliveraferreira3012 It’s not a family car, but it’s more practical than you’d think. With back seats down a whole weber grille and all the extra goodies fit like butter in mine :)
