Owner here since 2014... + great looking car + very satisfying to drive with very smooth engine + Very comfortable and ergonomic -- Rattling in transmission (DSG gearbox) (will come back even if you change transmission under warranty with a new one) After 100k, watch for: - lower arm - interior ceiling fabric - radiator - minor oil leakage - minor coolant leakage - fuel pump - Camera and sensors

@@aresareasof4007 To be honest, I have heard comments of people saying that the CC has high maintenance costs and it is not so reliable. Those are most of the cons. In terms of the good things, power delivery is amazing. Design is spot on. Built quality is also really good. If you are upgrading from a Japanese to Conti, you will feel the big inprovement

Hey bro, according to the owner, maintenance of the car is quite good actually. But the only thing is if the car breaks down, spare parts would be quite expensive. This model is no longer in production. So I would say it’s ok to own the car if you take good care of it.

Part are usually kept around at least 10 years after production has stopped. My 12 year old Passat Kormfort still can be serviced with new parts

Hi, yes it faces some similar issues towards the DSG gearbox which can be quite costly, similar issues have also been encountered in the Scirocco, Polo, Jetta, Beetle, Passat and CC. But newer gen VWs like the new Tiguan, Arteon and the new Golf hardly encounter issues like this
