Thanks! And yes I did install the steering wheel myself, it was somewhat difficult ONLY to get off the air bag, but I have a video on my channel showing you how to do it!

I did end up doing it later on, and yes you’re correct it is for switching modes. It’s very easy to install, from the driver side tail light you’ll connect the yellow wire. Then you’ll go in the back seat and take off the driver side plastic trim above the back seat and put the wire through that. Drop down the back of the roof under panel and the connections are right there.

It matches stock and aftermarket, aftermarket’s always match the stock color

Supposedly it’s so that the euro taillights light up when you brake if not they’re just on like normal taillights not light up brighter when you brake

I’ve never seen that issue personally, maybe the tail lights are faulty?

So the sound system is an option on top of the premium, if you don’t have the subwoofer then your install will be much much easier!

@@drakebuilt bet, by any chance do you know if they work with the sequence modifier (can’t remember it’s name rn) basically when you lock/unlock, brake, and turn on your hazards the lights are sequential. Logically it should but I’m not 100% sure cus I wanna get both

@@Buckflash yes it should work, that should be the standard setting, if not then you’ll have to do the sequence for that specific setting

This is the stock Premium bumper, comes only on Premium spec models

So no the brake lights technically don’t work I could press the break and they’ll illuminate but they won’t hold the light unless you install the third brake light wires. I ended up installing them a couple days later

@@drakebuilt so how did you get away with driving it like that? Did you just not drive until you installed it? Asking because I’m in the same situation right now lol

Do you know if the 2018 oem tail lights will fit directly on the 2015 without any modifications, any idea ???

@@NC_Car_Meets they both have the same housing so it fits directly with no problem, the previous holes are in the same spot

They’re about the same to be honest, these might be a shade dimmer, but none the less still bright

Should be a yellow wire I believe. If it didn’t come with that wire, then email cj pony parts and they’ll send you one.

Same here. Installed mine and noticed my trunk lid slightly overlaps my right tail light which was never an issue, did you notice any figment issues

@@BallIsLife353332 yes I did notice a little bit of fitment issues, and unfortunately I was not able to adjust it much but I have it to where nothing touches.

Yes there is. There’s 5 different settings, you’ll have to change the settings to see which one suits you best. I explain the steps on changing the settings towards the end of the install. Once you do it let me know how it goes! Good luck👍
