2015 ih-45 MHS Custom Edition
Just a few additional features found in the Foretravel IH-45 that set it apart from the competition include a 20,000 kw generator, air disc brakes on all wheels, a 20,000 lb. hitch, Knoedler air ride pilot seat, residential co-pilot seat, (4) roof A/C units, Hydronic heating system and a Silverleaf digital glass dash. This Foretravel is a Used 2015 IH-45 (Iron Horse - 45 ft) Bath & 1/2 model with an M.S.R.P. of $1,300,550. It measures approximately 45 ft. in length and is powered by the ISX15 600 HP Cummins diesel engine and an Allison 4000MHR transmission with transmission retarder. Optional features include flat floor slide-out room, patio entertainment center in slide-out room, stacked washer/dryer, Slumber Ease mattress system interior, dishwasher drawer, freezer in storage bay.

Much prefer the big windows over the sitting area and table versus the extra storage you gain. Also love the multiple colors of the interior.

Excellent video. Gorgeous Coach and such quality. As far as the decor, I think I’m in between you and James. I like some continuity throughout the Coach with a little change. I do like the contemporary design and finishes. 👍

Love the mixed colors in that coach! Foretravel does a nice job with their layouts. Our Foretravel has at least as much storage as this one and it is only a 40 footer! However, most people don't full time in this high end coaches, as we do! Got to have that storage! Nice job Brian and like you mentioned, not many videos on Foretravel's and most people have never heard of them. Quality coach back in the late 90's and early 2000's. They built their own semi monocoupe chassis's back then and they were solid! Many of the late 70's and early 80's are still on the road today and were way ahead of their time!

I love all the RV channels that I am subscribed to, but I must make a note. It is a totally different experience following someone who is a builder and walking thru as compared to following someone thru who has just washed them. Or just following a salesperson thru. Sometimes those last two people are actually the same...

Brian you crack me up: Stinky Slinky, Mountain Money Holder...etc. Absolutely stunning coach along with a thorough presentation! The only downfall I p/u on with this particular coach design besides the non-covered basement doors is: Location of the (2) Outback inverters and Mate is too far away from the house battery location. If one was to upgrade this system to larger capacity inverters and Lithium Iron storage cells, it's best to have all centralized in one location. Not on opposite sides. Some Solar panels would be great, too.

I thought my Beaver Contessa was nice, but these videos are making me think otherwise. Maybe some day I'll be able to upgrade to something like this. #lifegoals. One thing I did notice though... $1M+ new and no dishwasher.

I typically only see storage above the living area in lower end coaches. Even the King Aire has them, but there is a delete option. I personally do not like seeing those above head cabinets in the living area as it reminds me more of a production coach instead of a custom level coach. You will never see overhead storage in a Newell or Prevost conversion. I take the larger windows and more residential look over storage -- my humble opinion. I like the Fortravel as it is a production coach, but is one of the nicest and I place them right under Newell and Prevost conversions.

Only thing that I did not care for (notice care for) was the passenger seat hob nail cowhide bonanza setting? it to me is weird the rest of the coach is great but that seat and it is the first thing you see when you enter.

Yeah, those front capt’ns chairs should be something other than that chestnut brown. The rest is ok. Wonder how it will age. The ceiling treatments of this era seem questionable.

Hey Brian , I know you are in Arizona quite often , are you doing PDI's etc. for Premium Coach ? Love that Foretravel very nice attention to detail and at that mileage she is just broken in, great Kubota gen set . Keep up the good work .

The quality is really good, as expected with Foretravel. I’m on Team James though, it feels like some was given a samples book and tasked to put everything from it inside this interior, just like children do with Xmas decorations on a Xmas tree 😂 (maybe the interior designer was on maternity leave and someone else stood in for a few months 🤭) . I’m just amazed that the interior quality is this detailed in contrast to the back side of the bay doors, what happened Foretravel? (Maybe the person tasked with it was the partner of the interior designer on maternity leave and was also off at the same time😳😂). Great tour Brian.

I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't like the whole "modern euro" look. I'll take a C.C., Beaver or older Foretravel over this style every time. You missed pointing out that Foretravel uses a bladder seal on their slides instead of flap seals.
