First introduced as the Toyota Altezza, the Lexus IS is Lexus's compact car competitor to the likes of the German Mercedes Benz C Class, and BMW 3 Series for a great bargain. Being rear wheel drive, this car is no slouch in corners, and most definitely does not disappoint with power, and standard features sporting a V6 engine that you would otherwise have to pay a lot of money for with its German counterparts.
While this is the "entry level" sedan of Lexus, don't take it lightly thinking that it's automatically worse than the ES, because it simply is targeted to a different audience. This is a sportier option for those looking for rear wheel drive fun, while the ES is for a much more relaxed drive.

Some says it's ugly, some says it's terribly designed. But this is my first love on cars. If 2015 Is 350 is worst designed to others, well maybe it's just true love for me. Someday, if I'll be able to have the opportunity to own one, surely I'll find this specific model one. Nice review again, brings back nostalgic memories of lexus spendle grill.👌

Hi Kyle, thank you very much for this video. I specifically liked and enjoyed the part where you actually mentioned the automatic reset of the steering wheel, when the ignition is switched on, the same with the seat adjustment (that was not mentioned, but i did see it move), it gets me grinning every time i see it . Also the rearview mirrors that changes angle when the car is in reverse, i did not even know about that, but i love it to bits !!! Apart from the the insanely reliability of the name, these are the little things that really grabbed me, and enforces the reason why i want to buy this car. In the second hand price class, you will not find these lovable little extras in a reliable package. Not for that price. So thank you again. I really do appreciate your effort with this video.

You are the only reviewer so far that mention about the single reversing light. At first I thought that the light was spoilt as well. Lexus should make both reversing lights for better symmetry.

Have yet to try driving the RC350 but I’ve rode in one long ago. The IS is more than good enough though. You won’t regret it

Correction: even with headlamps off the headlamps washer will still activate. I believe after 5 pulls of the stalk the water will squirt out. It’s quite irritating because it makes the car dirtier in my opinion. I prefer the new IS headlamp washer since those are hidden into the car.

I'm about to buy a this exact car and model year" has 45,000 miles" it's a pearl white" but I love this blue one more but the blue ones I found were not AWD" which is absolutely imperative here in these snowy mountain winter roads.

I love this car but i ended up buying a lexus rx350 due to me living in NYC. Those rims and tires will be damaged big time by these new york city potholes. Its rough to have a sporty car in nyc. Especially rims and tires.

Reviewing this as a 6 year old car, and it is now valued below a brand new Camry while giving more luxury, and performance. It also maintains a comfortable level of reliability. :)
