good race . too bad both ryan's cavalieri & maifield ran out of fuel . it could have been a different outcome but , that's racing and you have to know these things .

they all have to use the same engine size .21 ?right

I would imagine so but have the ability to change the company of the engine.

They can run higher but .28 is slower in terms of rpm and low end torque through the corners. I run .28 and it's simply isn't for closed circuit racing. Only on very large tracks with few curves and corners.
