Personally, I can't tell who is in this video. I don't even know if it is a man or woman. Given the anonymity, I hardly see it being rude.

Sean D - I'm sorry for your loss. But we are not going to to come to common terms on this one. The news reports with dead people under sheets all the time, and we are given their names on top of it. In a free society, news is not curtailed. Just because a professional camera crew wasn't there, does not make it any less news.
