My Ford Everest Turbo “Broke” with only 58K on the clock. It seems there is a massive problem with the ford Turbos that no one is talking about! Sold it immediately after being repaired by ford and got a Hilux. Stay away as far as possible from ford. You have been warned.

The problem is....you MUST change the oil under 10 minutes, ( drain/refill ) if you don't, the oil pump fails, no oil pressure and...engine damage assured. I don't trust anyone in doing it correctly. I do it under 7 minutes, easy.

If u took a far trip,you need to let it rest (while engine is on) because if u turn it off immedietly the turbo will broke

I'll take the XLT 3.2.. Much better SPEC and Goodies in the cabin, and not heftily priced like the Wildtrack which has stitching and a UK 230V power plug. Yes a UK one!!!!

Vusa Moyo ive got a uk ranger with that 240 plug, you cant plug anything in because its mounted upside down so theres no room for a wire between the plug and centre consol. Apart from that its spot on:)

Hi Kufre, petrol bakkies form a very small segment of the market here in SA, so we feature the diesels more often as that is what most South Africans purchase.

mohammed khan fuck you all, a Ford ecoboost is way cheaper, and can cross a 2.5 feet of flood for a FWD and has a 4WD variant that cost less than a ford pr a hilux.
