I have same problem but you lucky because your truck have more mile then my truck 747000 mile. I change doser injector 7th I change dpf harness I change temperature sensor outle I change nox sensor outlet and inlet I clean dpf filter I clean egr myself and bought both gasket and clump Now bought again nox outlet the sensor Now I bought inlet doc temperature sensor I got another code too Spn 3242 fmi 4 it’s say your After treatment control module s bad 🥹 the good I’m repair myself

I had the same problem and it 4 years to figure out after spending thousands of dollars. The problem was the exhaust pipe. It was bent and made it difficult for exhaust gases to pass through. I noticed by accident. These codes would come off during the windy weather. And when I noticed my exhaust pipe was incline about 30 degrees angle. When I took it out it was kinked and allowing only around 60 percent of the gasses to flow. I replaced my exhaust pipe and all the codes disappeared
