the thing is, if youre not intelligent doesnt mean youre dumb, and if you know a lot of stuff doesnt mean you make the best decisions. Theres a big common overlap between being intelligent and smart and dumb and unwise but skepta even without the intelligence from the gcse's hes still a wise man
