Being the GTS this car features the PSE (Porsche Sports Exhaust) which has a valve that opens and closes depending on drive mode and exhaust button. Porsche has really achieved to get out a unique and very sporty sounding tone out of the V6 Turbo which is on pair with the new 3.0 Boxer Straight-Six out of the 991.2. Other than that this car has an awesome suspension and steering that delivers handling you would not think possible from an "SUV". Ich finde dies ist einer der schönsten Modellen der SUV Reihe. Zeitlos , dezent & edel . Schönes Video 👍 bin selbst zwar Ml63 Fahrer & liebe diese power in dem „Panzer“ jedoch ist der Macan die modernere & effizientere Zukunfsperspektive

Hey can you do this camera shot (0:08-0:15) with every other car? It gives a good impression of how fast the car actually accelerates..

I also agree, and right after that the camera shows the inside of the car, from driver's perspective, focusing on the revolution counter. Nice, very cinematographic!

i dont understand one thing Macan turbo 0-100 is about 0.3 sec slower than GTS with 40 horsepower less than turbo!!!! How can it possible?

Gear ratios and gearbox software. GTS is the sporty setup, the Turbo is softer cruiser with bigger power for autobahn storming.

hey how do you do the full throttle in 7th gear accelerations in an automatic. i understand that there is a manual mode but if you push the pedal to the metal it doesn't downshift automatically even in manual mode? that would be pretty cool all cars that i have driven i beleive shift down automatically. thanks:)

you can push it full throttle without changing down in some cars as long as you dont press the kick down switch (the click at the end of the pedal travel)

Stage 1? COBB? Got almost same 0..200 after the re-flashing on my Macan S. Before that it was 5-6 sec slower.

Würdest du nicht sagen, das im Vergleich zum c43 oder s4 ab 100 km/h durch den schlechteren CW-Wert die Beschleunigung eingebremst wird? Und kommen noch SQ5 TDI und X4 M40i? Gruß

Klar, ab 200 km/h ziehen S4/S5 oder auch ein C43 sukzessive weg. Aber bis dahin ist der Macan GTS ebenbürtig. Mal schauen ob ich die beiden anderen mal bekomme.

Mal ne Frage. Die 7th-gear-acceleration ist ja dazu da, um zu sehen, wieviel Nm Drehmoment der Motor hat oder irre ich mich da? :)

Can you maintain that speed above 200km/h for long? I see the engine revving up past 6000rpm something hard to sustain on a long highway

7th gear at 200 km/h something like 3.500 rpm....you can "cruise" easily at those speeds.

Hahaha, I got macan turbo, it goes 4.7-4.8 with launch, that gts runs 5.2-5.3 if the weather is good and engine is healthy

Maximilian Graf Das ist natürlich schwer zu vergleichen, aber ich finde definitiv ja. Der Macan GTS ist insgesamt sound-technisch noch aggressiver abgestimmt und etwas lauter/rauer.

Also er fällt ja in die SUV Sparte aber dafür rennt er echt gut und ist nicht so n Scheißhaufen wie der Cayenne... Mit sowas könnt ich mich gerade noch so anfreunden obwohl es n SUV ist...

186km/h at 3.000rpm in seventh gear. Why does it have seven gears, if it's geared for five (at most)? This is something I don't get in basically ANY sportscar today.

Good performance for 0/100 (4,4s) but very very weak performance for 100/200 (14s). Catastrophic after 200. This car makes illusion and should be explosed by compact car of 270/310HP
