2016 Terrain heater control issues. I got no heat!
Easy removal. Expensive repair.
Repaired by the GMC dealer in Princeton Minnesota.

Can't tell you what a relief it was to see your video. My heater was intermittent now dead. I at least saw the control panel removed and the price estimate

1 thing to try from reading several videos is to have Key ON, pull HVAC fuse out for 15 seconds and put back in, supposed to resynch actuators in case that was issue..

I have a 2015 equinox (a twin to the Terran). I have 76,000 miles. Mine is now in the dealership with the same issue. I have no AC/Heat. They found that box under the dash bad, they have to replace mine along with the actuators, A cost of over 2 grand. Luckily I have an ext warranty and warranty is covering it all. I had that control unit (Center Stack) replaced with 2 years of having it cause I could not control the radio or the AC/Heat. These are just junk. I never owned a GM vehicle with so many issues.

Weren’t you getting air front the front vents or defrost vents?

ivan's customs martinez I had no A/C, no matter what temp it was on it gave me heat only through all vents. The next day I had no heat but I had cool air or A/C no matter what temp I had it on. When I left work last fri I stopped at the garage to have them check it, cannot get me in till yesterday. But on way home I had lost A/C and I only had cool air. No A/C or heat. They had to remove my dash and waiting on the OK from the ext warranty company to order the parts. They said my control box that controls the heat and A/C in the dash is bad and they need to replace but the part is not available. It now comes as a kit with the box and actuators. And it’s like over 2 grand to fix this.

Having same problem with girlfriends 15 GMC Terrain had no heat replaced blend door heat worked for 2 days and stopped again I’m stumped ?

I have question for everyone here when I'm warming up my 2015 GMC terrain I'm hearing rumbling noise while idling can you help me out on what it may be

Hey great video I'm having the exact same problem with my Wife's 2016 Gmc Terrain I even replaced the blend door acuator before I ran across your video lol. I just ordered a replacement panel my question is should I disconnect battery before I replace this or it isn't necessary...???
