OniKitsune there is a difference between an engine, a ladder (also known as truck), and a rescue. Each represents a different type of vehicle. Engines pump water. Ladders, also known as trucks or quints, have a big aerial ladder on top. Rescues carry just rescue gear. This is a rescue

Damn, that thing is huge!! I've heard of the Whaeton Volunteer Rescue Squad before. Is this department strictly a rescue company or are they part of the fire department?

What freq is used in that county for dispatching calls?? I see you have a min II pager & sounds crystal clear, this is why I ask. In my area they have low band they still use for paging purposes, but operate on 800mhz trunk tracker P25 & I have 2 separate min 4 pgrs & they don't p/u audio vary well at all, thought about min 2 since they have better operating components inside.

On the sude strobes on the top of the rescue body it looks like some are 2 colors of red is that just video/environment lighting or are they legit 2 colors of red? Like on the montgomorey county trucks on the front strobes on each side there is 1 white lens and 1 red lens and each gives off a different color of red.
