The person I made a video for purchased the 1st X3. We have a 16, which I believe is 2nd X3. We definitely have a 16 same color combination. MSRP is 52k.

very informative. Surprisingly how hard is to find out online what's the meaning of each package. This video does a quite bit of that but It would be interesting to have more descriptive videos with full in-depth technical descriptions of each package features. Perhaps something that BMW should do officially.

It's a great car, I like it better than the new edition 2018. In the new 2018 the seats look nice. But I prefer In dash screen rather than on dash. And the 2017 is also nice leather on M series option. Great car the X3

very informative bobby... thanks ! i completely agree that the xenons are very important especially if your in a low lit highway or roadway that isnt in the city. I'd rather see more to keep my family safe while driving home at night.

You can get a special case for your iPhone that makes it wireless charging compatible. BMW even makes a Wireless Charging case for the iPhone 6/6s. I believe it only shows up in the Accessories section for the build and price on a 7 series.

I was hoping for a more comparison on standard equipment and cosmetic changes between 16 and 17. Specifically, Is the screen bigger, better resolution in 17? Can the harman kardon system played DVD-Audio discs?

Bend Em Not available on X3. you're choices are standard 205 watt stereo or 600 watts Hartman Kardon upgrade

Big difference between the 16 & 17 warranties. I don't think you highlighted that.

Jamie Todd The warranty hasn't changed. BMWS warranty is 4 years / 50,000 miles. The free maintenance plan has changed on all 2017 models. The free maintenance now is only 3 years. The free maintenance coverage is less too, but it's still free. Also BMW gives a no charge BMW loaner for all service if you need one.

Bobby Watts True dat. I think it only covers oil changes too. Quite different from the old plan. Too bad too - one of the big reasons I bought my 2015 X4 😃.

I just bought a 2016 so I am glad the trim has not changed - then you'd know that mine was not brand new........otherwise it looks and drives like new!
