2017 escape 1.5 eco boost cylinder head temperature sensor location

Күн бұрынThis is where the cylinder head temperature sensor is located on a Ford 1.5 liter eco boost engine any questions I’ll be happy to answer I hope this helps as I had a hard time finding it and couldn’t find anything online that showed exactly where it is.

Hi is there any way to by pass it? I need a new engine in mine and the motor with that sensor is $1100 more expensive

Sorry for the late response but no I don’t think it can be bypassed and if it can I don’t know how

You can run a designated circuit from the sensor to the ecm

Yes it fixed the problem car runs great now no issues

Although I should mention to check the wires on the plug for it as well one of mine was loose do I fixed it while I had it unplugged and up where I could. Just check that too just in case don’t wanna get it all back together and have it still do the issue just to find the wire came loose
