Hi Zeon_TV nice job on the video. At the 2:30 mark in the video u show the stock exhaust. It almost looks like a stock single exhaust. Did u happen to upgrade to dual exhausts in going Corsa? The video a year ago at the gas pump looks like ur still running Corsa 2 yrs later, guess ya like Corsa. Looking forward to hearing from ya. Thanks Tom

Hey Tom, thanks for the comment. The Jeep came with single outlet exhaust. I used a sawblade to cut part of the rear bumper to create an 2nd outlet to fit the dual corsa exhuast

Any increase in gas milage? Also, any idea if adding the catch can/exhaust would void any warranty stuff?

It increased my mpg by 1. No such thing as voiding warranty. Dealer have to prove part failed because of after market parts

Hey Zeon_TV, thanks for the quick reply. What additional Mopar parts did you need that were not included in the Corsa hardware kit to finish install? What tools, supplies, and methods of supporting the car do you suggest, from glad I had this to damn I wish I thought of this before I started or done better the next time? Thanks for all of your help! You must really love the Corsa Spirt system to still be running it, is there really virtually no interior drone inside at any speed? Best Regards, Tom

Hey Tom, I took it to a exhaust shop for them to install it. It took about a hour. From my understanding, they extending the front Y pipe just by few foot as the corsa fitted a bit short. You can hear 1/10 of a drone above 70mph, but it won't bother you. I believe extending the Y pipe is what's causing the drone as it was built for the HEMI and not the V6.

Great sound! Can you please explain what's needed so that this exhaust fit the V6? Is there anything needed in particular like an extra pipe? Basically, I'd like to understand if this can be done by a regular auto repair shop or if they need anything special beside welding of one of the inlets. Thanks

What size engine do you have? I see the description says 3.6. But for the Corsa 14991 I see it only it fits the 5.7. Sounds great btw

@@t5k43 lol i mean nope the merge section on the corsa vs the merge on the magnaflow even with the durango vs JGC is just a hair different making the magnaflow not produce the equal length gurgle tone though its very close to the untrained ear. I do exhaust work for a living its just something i picked up over the years while working on these. lol

Yes it is possible. Ask a exhuast shop to see what type of modification is needed. It should be small and they should be able to fit it.

It just requires a little pipe extension. Take it to exhaust shop so they can just weld it on. It a straight forward. My jeep is 17 3.6l. No Forced Induction kit is avaliable on 17+ 3.6l so i didnt mod too much

The bumper has an outline and I took a saw and cut it. Yes it was a single outlet. I seen some people cut it all the way which don't look bad.

Yes. Small modification is needed. AFE offers single outlet exhaust and it sounds decent too

No mod needed. Mine are srt wheels with 285 45 tires. SRT runs 295 45 20 which will fit directly also. I had 18s also before

@Bubsy_Mods Right where the catback start is welded. Needs to be extended by ~3-6inch pipe. Any shop will be able to do it really. If you have a single port bumper, you'll need to cut the bumper as well.

what they don't know is they have to buy a $1,600 exhaust kit for a 5.7l hemi and then modify it to fit the 3.6l. its always nice to buy something for $1,600 and then to get it to actually work (because its not made for your vehicle) you have to modify it. you can get the same effect by cutting out the muffler and clamping in a cheap $30 cherry bomb and do it yourself at home instead of paying someone to weld stainless pipes you already paid $1,600 for lol.

@Kenny-qm3tm Factory OEM reciever that goes into the bumper is fine. Aftermarket reciever that goes under the bumper, I'm not sure.

Zeon_TV sounds the EXACT same as cutting the mid muffler out. I made a vid on my channel awhile ago, 1200 tho?? I’ve spent $400 on my current updated set up (3” piping through the car with only the cat headers) deleted the resonator in the back too. 6” tip on it now.

I have another V8 in the Garage that I use. I'm planning to switch to the SRT or hemi in the future when the heads in the FCA's V8 are improved as their lifters are out of stock. As for catch can, it not about big or small engine, just trying prolong my engine life is all. I'll add the catch can result in the next video
