2017 Lexus NX200t F Sport Review: An NX300 For $20k LESS?

This week I drove the 2017 Lexus NX200t, a largely similar vehicle to the new 2021 NX300. I found this Compact SUV, even with its FWD and slightly short wheelbase, to be a competent and even pleasing vehicle to spend time in. Certainly an effortless driving experience. Furthermore, the 'F Sport' trim that this car had, supplied it with aggressive Lexus styling, and a chunky steering wheel inside. I also discuss why I believe it's a great choice USED at roughly $25k versus getting a new base RAV4 for the same money. Watch the video to see how it did on the TALL BOY TEST and to learn more!

I spent a month doing research on NX 200 T and RAV4 hybrid. I’m glad I chose Lexus. Although this model is not hybrid given the current inflated hybrid car prices you would end up saving lots of money on buying a full gasoline vehicles versus the potential gas saving on a hybrid car. This car is very fast and super super comfortable. 400 miles drive between SF and LA doesn’t bother me anymore. I am getting 28 mpg in average, which is super great for the size of SUV. Obviously, the tech aspect of this Lexus is bad just as everyone says, but you will get used to it and it doesn’t really bother me. I personally like the analog interface. Speed gauge, tachometer, music system, they are all intuitive.

You brought up some video good points about this car, especially about the value you get compared to other cars on the market. I have been a owner of this car for several months now and I love it. My only regret is not driving a lexus sooner but I am extremely happy with it now.
