I’m a home health nurse in California and I use it for work. I drive 200 miles a day. My last car was a Hyundai. I needed a car that doesn’t make me hate my job

Own it love it, mid 30s couple, drive it to- work, dinner, shopping, dog gets in the back. Had the ecoupe for years but in the city it was a bumpy ride. this being about 10 inches longer than the e, much smoother. I live in comfort mode, and when I hit the expressway sport or sport+.

Thanks for another fine review, Motoman. There are a number of quality reviewers on KZfaq, but you are probably the very best at describing driving dynamics in detail. I like how well you unpack how the dynamics relate to specific qualities of the car (weight, track width, suspension type etc) and how different models compare and contrast with each other. As to how I would use this car, it would be a good fit for me, as I have no family, and would use it much as I do my SUV, except that I would definitely go out to the track, or just drive it on country roads for the fun of it.

Really pretty car! I personally love the interior including the screen but if I was to buy this coupe I would feel cheated with a 4 cylinder turbo instead of their normally aspirated sweet v6.

Just got mine! Brand new United Kingdom 2017 C300 Coupe AMG Line Premium Plus Polar white with Night Pack styling! I love it! Lots of thumbs up!

I know its 2 years later, just got one after having a 2017 focus RS, I love the Merc, also white with the night pack, it is a georgous looking car, no comparison to the RS and boy racers leave me alone 😂😂

Tracie Winn Enjoy your new car. Though I’m getting rid of mine. I’ve ordered an A-Class A250 with Premium Plus Package (White colour again!) back in Jan 2020. However, due to the world going to sh*t, the lead time is now delayed until March 2021!🤯. Which I means I’ve got to wait over a year to get it! 🤮

25, Miami, DailyPicked this vehicle up yesterday for my fiancé. She had a Roadster and I daily drive a 16 Corvette. We needed something that had back seats. We don't have kids but we do like to take her younger sister out to the mall or theater weekly. Got tired of having to drive to cars to get anywhere when we had a friend over. This car looks good here, but looks better in person. specifically the interior. Would I like the new Benz dual screen integrated system? Yes! But this looks really good for what it is. Power is decent for trips around town and to commute. Can't comment of fuel yet. Overall its some big bang for your buck. Good job Benz. Good review MotoManTV.

I lease my cars every 3 years. I pick this bad boy up in May 2016. 4 matic in the Selenite Grey Metallic with the ivory interior. Absolutely love the car. I also was skeptical because of the display screen on the dash. Once I drove the car I didn't even notice it anymore. The handling and response of this vehicle is awesome.

Just bought a 2018. Phoenix, AZ, daily driver. No kids, WFH. I am amazingly uninterested in the backseat accommodations as my friends know what they are getting into with me. Traded in a '16 Audi A5 with 125K. Love it, it's right up my alley. Mileage on the trip today was 33+ highway.

G'day from Melbourne, Australia. No wife & kids, daily routine would be work & College/University. like you said MotoMan it would spend its time mainly at shopping centres, restaurants & clubs. I'd love to take it on the beautiful twisty roads around the neighbourhood to really feel for the car Extremely attractive contender for my search of a 4cyl sports luxury coupé. In Aus younger drivers have restrictions on power to weight ratio, annoying yes however it does help with accident frequencies etc.. Thanks for the quality uploads, keep at it!

I'm glad that you enjoyed Spain Motoman, the weather on the coast right now is amazing. I wish I could overtake as fast as that Mercedes C 300 does, but in my Opel Astra 1.6L that's not something likely to happen (scooters or tractors maybe) :D I'm a huge fan of yours, keep up the good work!

Great review! The back end is so much better than the sedan. I love the fact they took more of the S class route with the taillights being more horizonal. I do wish they put a touch more of a spoiler on it to make the back end a bit more pronounced. For your questions, I live in MN and this would be my daily driver. Single guy, no kids so I can get away with a coupe. As with anything, you have to pay to play. Would gladly sacrifice the space in order to have the looks. Obviously that does not apply to everyone. If I really need to hall something, hey, that is what good friends with SUVs can help with. As for what you mentioned at the beginning....yes. I would love to see the coupe with the C450 engine. Would be a no brainer purchase! Part of me would not have it any other way, but the way you described the engine gives me hope. Coming from a 2013 C class with a V6 it would be hard to go down to a V4 but I guess we all get to move with the times.

St. Petersburg, FL. Single, no kids, shuttle myself from hospital to hospital where I work within the county and beach stuff on weekends. I've really contemplated something like the C450 AMG for the power but frankly it is hard to open anything up where I live.

The I pad looking screen After a few days in the car it kind of blends but the car is very quick has great fuel economy looks like the $140,000 S Coupe a really safe well built beauty push the sport plus and woo hoo really fun to drive in a comfy coupe.

I live in Oslo, so I would keep it in my garage.. Cause road tolls and parking is just incredibly expensive unless you have an EV. But then again, if I had this car I could probably afford the expenses haha

I would use it to do everything my F-Type does, except also use the 2 extra seats as necessary. I would take it for Canyon drives with friends on the weekends, and through the week enjoy it as a sporty and fun to drive daily driver than has an extra oomph too it in comparison to a regular C300 sport. No disrespect to the C300, mine would surely be the C450 AMG coupe at minimum.

I have an 11 c300 and I have grown quite fond of their 3.0 V-6. for weight and gas reasons I guess the decided to change the nomenclature and basically you cant get a V-6 with out paying extra. which sucks.

I would love it! No doubt! Also even if it only has 4 cylinders! I can live with it! But being 6'6", I would expect some serious challenges for my two daughters at the backseat, so I guess it would be a regular sedan (or preferably: an estate!) for me, until the girls leaves the nest. And since the taxes on cars just has been lowerede 30% here i Denmark, we now only have to pay 150% in taxes! Yeahaaaaaaa! Merc' store, here I come! ;-)

socialism is sad, a country with socialism can never grow financially and will essentially turn out like Greece. in the US if you have a higher education you have an oppertunity to live a wealthy happy lifestyle.

+David Margolis, in DK there's no problem living a wealthy life at all. I have no high education, but I still godt two new cars, a new house and is able to travel a couple of times a year. Two weeks ago, my family and I went to Austria skiing, so if thats socialism, it can't be all bad! Did I mention my 6 (that's SIX) weeks paid holiday? And still the Danish economy is fine! ☺ And by the way, Greece might be socialistic, but the main problem in that country is corruption and nepotism!

+ptroinks S-class style (integrated into dashboard) has been introduced a few weeks ago in the E-class luckily. Change is at hand!

+ptroinks was planning to make this my next car until I saw that screen. So tacky looks like we traveled back 8 years ago when we'd attach a gps on top of the dashboard... It's as though they are trying to force people to want to upgrade to the E coupe which will have the integrated dash screen like the S, there's no way they can genuinely think that looks good.

Why did you use the blinker while returning to the lane you're supposed to be on after overtaking the Seat? Like, of course you'll have to return to your lane, it's not like you're allowed to drive on the wrong side of the road for as long as someone doesn't come against you.

Matter of taste I guess... To me speed and efficiency is not everything. Big free breathing engines will always sound better. The sound is a big part of the driving experience IMO. Besides your new 4 cyl is properly overengineered with fake engine sounds etc. My 1978 Merc 280 ce sounds great as it is, and I dont care if yours gets you from a to b faster ;)

Tesla cars are not that impressive. Drive a Tesla and then an S Class. The S is far superior. The C is far superior.

Tesla's have cheap interior, after 1 yr they rip...your basically driving a paypal on wheels. IPhones are outdated and suck now. I mention bc you likely have one.

Never have been a fan of Mercedes designs. These cars are for much older crowd. There is no emotional response when I see one, even with this coupe, looks like for a old man. The interior is...yipe....why do we have boobs for air vents? and how about the awful screen that does not look integrated. yawn....boring.
