Instead of having the extended bar point diagonal right towards the windshield, have it pointed diagonal left and tucked under the windshield “support beam” (I clearly don’t know cars lol) to where it taps the driver side window. Unsure if that makes sense, but I wish I could insert a photo for reference.

I would put it on while standing outside. And have the long side next to the door as it stops them from getting into the seat and using a saw on the wheel.

Thanks, but better to face the keylock to the dashboard, that will add extra time-barrier for the thief after entering the car.

When I was an auto mechanic in a dealership long ago every few weeks we would see a car come into the shop needing a new steering wheel because of a notch cut out of it. My mom had a steering wheel club, felt much more safe, so I never told her.

My friend just gave me one since my car is one of the makes that have been getting stolen alot (thanks tik tok) but even when I have it at the smallest it will go it's still too long. Do they make smaller sizes or are they all the same? Thank you!

Best have a ignition disabling switch with hidden switch . On youtube a few people test all those devices a few seconds to 3 minutes they come off . Ignition kill switch and GPS tracker .

The first line of defense, most thieves will be detoured by seeing the steering wheel lock and look for something easier. The steering wheel lock has two hooks, that the user ideally will place through the steering wheel to minimize the steering wheel's movement because the long end of the device will hit the roof, door or floor and prevent movement. The shaft is lengthened to its maximum and locked in place with the key.
