Hi again Jose, Just emerging those Ecube CQ3 4CH 100 Watt Hobby chargers they look the part like how at the back where the power board is has heavy chunky heat sink even been doing some reading up on them... just another thought you know all those plastics like fan, bus bar stencil/ covers, compression blocks, fuse housing, fuse block, air flow channel/induction pipe intake vent etc etc all thoses nasties including some metal parts using a dish washer in the work shop where you'd use friendly detergent an on the conditioner holder you could use bi carb soda to neutralise the sugary acid within the purse of the plastics etc n metals 20 to 30mins everything would be crispy clean n' minty fresh haha wouldnt that save you time an stop recurrence.... might even get a change to do a vid on those chargers hint hint.

What is the "balancing" procedure? You just give 240V to all the cells connected sequentially. If there's a difference in the internal resistance, the cells will have a different voltage. How do you expect that "this" is a "balancing"? The balancing is to 100% be sure that the cells has the same voltage, isn't it? Could you please explain me, what am I missing?

Any chance u could do a video on hybrid battery Drain test on toyota pruis. Put the vehicle in ready mode and turn the lights on and the AC, with the radio. Then put scanner on to see which cell or module are not charging properly.

The service Interlock breaks the pack up so that the high voltage drops Yes it's still a risk of shocked but it won't be as being hit from the full high voltage
