The music wasn't really a crowd pleaser at the beginning but their choreography was so perfectly tailored to these two songs, that not only they pulled it off but made their performance really special and deserving to win!

With the modified and finetuned version of this routine they won olympic gold in 2018 S Korea,,, Lighthouse was the mother of the olympic "La terre vue du ciel" routine

Maybe that’s why it felt a little disconnected from the music in 2018. I prefer this one 🥰

True. Lighthouse was quite slow and you still see that this pair was still new. You here see some moves appearing at La terre vue du ciel as well. But it was perfection at the olympics.
