Same happened with my bike thought it was the carb because I changed the carb then it would start even when hot but turned out I had moved the harness wires whilst changing the carb so then I bought all new wire harness now bike works perfect again and starts first time hot or cold

If you kick it 78 times spark comes back even with a dodgy wiring harness, trust me count the kick's
