What the hell is up with the turbo The B48 has an electronic waste gate, not a BOV.. did he just spend like 600+$ on a bov reroute??

A wastegate is necessary to regulate boost pressure, a blow off valve has nothing to do with that. It probably comes stock with a diverter valve and they likely only spent 75-200 for the BOV.

This is still a diverter valve- sounds like one. BOV is a lot more psssh sounding. When I put my intake on, my stock diverter valve got way louder. He just said it wrong.

Shoulda just sold it and got a B58 motor, that thing sounds like ass, and it only does 248 horse power.. maybe the fake M badge adds 2 horsepower to make it 250, lmao

Crazy how it pops and bangs more in eco mode. Sounds pretty great in sport mode though…

It’s pretty normal for non performance BMWs My Mini is quieter in sport mode and louder in eco mode
