My longest 5K run - EVER - is also packed with the most fun.
Race Start: 02:50
On September 21, 2018, thousands descended upon the Disneyland Paris Events Arena to participate in the Magic Run 5K.
While the weekend was themed for the Disney galaxy of villains, this race was, specifically, themed for Thanos, Infinity War and Marvel.
Hence, my homage to the now, late, great Stan Lee.
... so much to do finishing up the 10K and Half Marathon PLUS all of those Wine & Dine races. So, I'm going to get right to it.

Great video! Your videos about the WDW races has helped me so much with preparing for Dopey and last Wine and Dine (that was my first US race weekend!). I have been able to go to every Paris race so far, so it's interesting to see what you thought of the Paris races. Are you going to Marathon weekend? Your videos helped me so much with motivation to get out there and run in our cold European weather. And also what to expect from the Expo and pre and post race area. It's great to have a race recap by you for the races I ran too! :D

I don’t think you stopped smiling the whole race Gerald! Nice to see you having fun and picking on runners going past! I love making comments to runners I don’t know. Sometimes you recognize them later in other races and become friends during the race weekend! I Loved Disneyland Paris and all the races! Can’t wait until 2020 to run it again! You were tight about it being dark though. Peter guided me most of the way that night. Being a night race after my eyes have working all day, makes it really challenging for me to see a few feet in front of me. Great video! See you soon at WDW Marathon Weekend!

I stumbled upon your videos last year as I was thinking about running my first Disney Half Marathon. I decided on The Wine and Dine. Never ran a half before and watching your videos on half marathons at the parks really prepared me for what to except so I wouldn’t second guess myself. I picked Lumiere to get a photo with before the race this year and spotted you at the front of the line. I didn’t get a chance to get up there to say hi and thank you, so I’ll do it here online. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming.

RezRuns I’m definitely motivated to do another one. I probably won’t get back to another Disney Run until 2020. I want to do some local races to improve my time. I want to be able to stop for characters. I was so worried about my time I never stopped.

I am so happy to see this video. Still can't decide if I want to run Paris next year or not. Completed Wine and Dine. Having trouble maintaining for Princess. It's cold, dark and snowy here in Ohio. Very unmotivating. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Why was Johnny Frenchman continually getting in your way? Don't they know you are ''The Daddy"? Great video, looking forward to the rest!! Loved music: Rubberband Man is a classic. You are a girl magnet... they all like a bad-boy! The semi-circular glowing lights you ran thru looked cool!

Been waiting for this video, excellent! With regards to the Starlord photo spot, they rotated characters and if you had joined the queue, by the time it would have been your turn Han Solo would have been the character. I was in corral A and we got there fairly quickly but the queue was already long and we were some of the last for Starlord (behind the Incredibles family lol). They switched between Loki and Thor as well. Also, the area with Captain America & Black Widow is going to become Marvel Land so in a few years it will all look very different.

It really is hard to make those character decisions on the fly ... especially if you don't want to be last at the Finish. It's nice to "compare notes" - gives a different perspective at what happened along the way. Glad you had fun too ...
