A ride with Disneyland Railroad #5 “Ward Kimball”, a 2-4-4T built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1902 (Originally built as a 0-4-4 Forney engine).

Just rode this and it wasn’t very good..... seems it’s in refurbishment in some parts. We got off after one stop because it was so weird.

All the displays covered up so you ride through a black tunnel with weird music and nothing to look at. Train moves slower than it would take you to simply walk to the area you wish to go to.

Wish they would take the mexican voice out of all the rides. It totally ruins the experience when it comes on.

To be totally honest this train ride is awful compared to the Disneyland Paris version. Yeah I get Disneyland wasn't planned completely through and grew over time but still... It just lacks the disney magic in certain areas and you see that it is nothing more than a park train.

What? Disneyland is the most scenic railroad of all the Disney railroads, even Disneyland Paris mostly has views of nothing but trees!

I’ve been on both Paris’ and Anaheim’s version and I gotta say Anaheim does it better. Paris’ Grand Canyon diorama pales in comparison, it’s shorter and cheaply done, and most of the railroad goes through nothing but trees
