They have the table in the 2018 model still. It’s in the same exact spot as older models. Right between your closet and bottom cabinet. There is a little cut out for your hand to pull it out

In order to get your PS4 to work, go to Walmart, and buy the largest UPS (uninterruptible power supply/battery backup) they carry. It's meant to keep a large desktop computer afloat during a power drop. I use one between my inverter, and PS3, always works great.
