As far as main stream car makers go, nothing tops this Kona. It's the most powerful option you can get and it actually offers AWD. Great little car!

This is the only vehicle in class with an engine that can get outof its own way. Thank you Hyundai for providing a great engine in this segment for a first. The 1.6T is a gem.

I honestly like it, it's so much better looking than most others but it's not scary looking like a Juke was.

We have owned a Hyundai Kona for about 2 months. We purchased the SE model matched up with the 6speed automatic transmission. Our model came standard with 205\60\16 tires. The color is Crystal Black Metallic with a black and gray interior. One thing that you failed to mention that is the really amazing is Hyundai's 5 year 60 mile bumper to bumper warranty and 10 year 100 thousand mile power train warranty

I absolutely love the look and I'm buying one.

There are some errors and oversights in this review. For example, the base wheel is 16”, not 17” like stated here. He also implies the 1.6 turbo is tied to AWD, but it’s not.

Who cares if its hard or soft touch plastic, if you body,legs or arms do not have to be in contact to drive it, then does it really matter? We have the ActiveX [2nd from the bottom] 2 ltr 6 speed with 16 " wheels down under in OZ, I would fancy a Tucson but that direct injection engine puts me off a bit what with the intake ports in these type of engines [all brands] fouling up over time and requiring specialised cleaning.

Better than a boring Subaru and the Toyota whatever that funny looking small crossover is called. I have not driven it yet but with the way most Hyundai Kia products drive I would expect it to drive well.

Seems like a pretty brutal review of a cheap car. Let's take a look at it for what it is, it's a crossover that is no larger than a sports car on the inside and it's ugly at that. You're not selling me a 20K car for it's promise of how well it drives and it feels like a larger car, to me a well driving car should feel small and agile regardless of its size unless youre actually driving a pickup or Tahoe. Also, Target called and they want all of their bike reflectors back!

DON'T BUY Just get the Elantra GT instead. This is a rip off. The reason it cost more than the Elantra is because they name it a (SUV) just get a loaded Elantra Gt the two are almost the same car but the Elantra Gt is actually bigger roomer and and faster and nicer for less money.
