thanks for taking the time to make this video. fellow Mustang owner here with the same setup from the factory. in designing its replacement, the DSR1 is first in my signal chain. glad you're happy with how this turned out and impressed with the performance without breaking the bank.

Sounds clean. Unlike woofers or midrange drivers, most tweeters are sealed units and do not suffer from air turbulence. The o rings will help fend off rattles and unwanted resonance though. Awesome idea using the all thread to make a rack. I was trying to come up with something similar and I think your solution is the answer 👍

Did you have to do anything with Forscan by using the DSR1??

It does look like it was easier on my 6speaker system gt. I went with all infinity 6.5" speakers. With alpine tweeters in the a pillar. 12" jbl sub. Db drive sub amp. And my Sony ax4000 powering the infinity. Maestro for my climate control.

The lower speaker in the door of your car is NOT a subwoofer. It is a midwoofer.
