Brenell Hornsby this has not come without trials, there are times when he dropped her. But he showed concern and though she was hurting she did not blame him or shun his concern..... so with time you build trust knowing it’s a two person journey and your partner will do what it takes to make the team soar, clear on the knowledge that for that to happen it takes two and it will not necessarily be a walk in the park!

It's wonderful Bernel how you have completely the true persona first individually, and collectively of our favorite pairs skaters Morgan and Vanessa. It's been a pleasure reading your comments, and of course being of the same mind set we must continue to pray that God's plan for their lives will be truly realized. Blessings.

@@bevamone3147 that move where he dropped her was just the lift being off balanced. It was a new, risky move and if he is not centered and she is tilting to one side or the other then it's bad. They learned from it and it hasn't happened since.

@@CAMC4955 Agreed with your assessment Carla. I have watched that specific performance many times where Vanessa fell at the end of their programme as Morgan was going down in the lung(their signature move). That programme was blocked from many countries for several years but was represented on KZfaq in the past 2 months. It's sad to say that the dozens of awful negative comments are mind blowing and disheartening especially against Morgan in that he purposedly and intentionally dropped Vanessa. Additionally most of those being exceedingly critical does not appear to realise that, that performance was 6 years ago, and the acolades and great success they have achieved since. They are stating that Morgan is not be trusted and that Vanessa should dump him and find herself another partner to skate with!! I have followed these 2 beautiful gifted young people for now nearly 2 years and so admire them, their dedication to their craft, the hard work and sacrifices they have made in the 10 years of being partners and how far they have come in being the best. They are beautiful together on the ice. Sheer poetry in motion. All the best to them and God's guidance and protection. I wish them well in their life's journey.

They weren’t ice dancers, they were pairs. Their chemistry and passion was unmatched. So sad their partnership is over, I think they would have medaled at this year’s Olympics. So angry at Morgan for destroying this amazing couple!!! I loved them together, his power and her sensuality made a beautiful pairing

I enjoy watching their performances without commentary, too. But it's not newscasters who make those comments; they are commentators who are experts in the field who usually had exceptional international careers themselves as either former world champions and Olympic winners, and/or coaches who have helped develop some of the greatest athletes in the sport.

I couldn’t agree more! I connected 10 times more with just the magnificent soundtrack to their performance playing.

Yeah with Morgan’s strong arms Vanessa looks like a flying elegant eagle. Trust is the key. Love them !

They are not boring! You are glued to them as they skate . So much passion and power in them.

Former ice dancer Charlie White developed this program. It is one of the best pairs programs I have seen in recent years. Their artistry and musicality draws a person in.

I just read about the charges. He received 3rd degree felony charges after an investigation by the Florida state attorney for sending lewd pictures of his genitalia to a 13 year old figure skater who was also being coached by John Zimmerman, James and Cipres coach. Zimmerman was also suspended for trying to cover up the event. So very sad and tragic. There is no mention of the girl trumping up charges against him because she did not get something that she wanted from him.
