Came back to watch this again and as a sniper main, I really respect Latias. Her sniper skills are amazing and it sucks that her team did so poorly. Hope they come back whenever Splatoon 3 comes out and perform well!

Honestly I'm not bragging but as a 2200+ all modes Rank X player I can tell some of the guys (and gals) on Yeah Nah aren't very skilled. On the first match SZ Makomart 3 go right, congested in one area JP_Hitona gets a double cause they are stacked. The 3rd goes down shortly after and then the Splatling alone dies, none on the field so that's it's a wipe. That's a huge issue of communication and basic instinct. The Splatling Latias pushes in too slow, which means she gets defensive kills but no offensive ones, getting revenge kills for teammates but not defending them. The 2nd map was Shipyard Clam, a Splatling is one of the worst weapons you can use as it's a much harder map to zone or push in if your team isn't carrying you, and sting ray is useless. The 3rd map Tower control was hilarious, GG Boyz kept the sniper at their spawn the whole match, which means she didn't get much help from teammates, not to mention no map control. Yeah Naw had a 3 down advantage at 20:44 and didn't push which means they are either passive or unaware which isn't good either way. Then they get capped on Canal TC which is one of the hardest maps to do that at Rank X unless someone gives up. Overall Yeah Nah stayed with mostly the same weapons for all 3 maps and modes while GG Boyz adjusted to the situation.
