It might help if you would spend some time reading about what fascism is and fact-checking Trump's statements. There is a reason that so many of us thought 'shades of Hitler' after Trump became president. History was my field of study study and though Trump isn't full-blown fascist, his rhetoric and many of his actions are those of a fascist. I don't think Trump is evil. I do think he's corrupt, immoral, and dishonest, and lacking in empathy. I don't think he's very smart, either. This was my opinion as far back as the 90's. He's intentionally incited division in this country by calling his opponents 'evil, nasty, sick, and/or sad'. A POTUS is supposed to represent all the people, not just the ones who voted for him. The frightening thing is, he's a reflection of his base and he uses rhetoric which he knows they'll fall for and support him in. The two of them, Trump and his core base of racists, bigots, indoctrinated and poorly educated, feed off one another, while the complicit GOP fall all over themselves defending Trump for things they'd have crucified Obama for.
