Man I FOUGHT with the powder coated crash bar install - Vespa coated the inside so I ended up having to grind off the coating from the inside of the tubes before I could mount it to the underside bracket.

Man your Vespa scooters are hot,,,, I have a Honda ruckus right now and I like it it’s pretty good,,,, however someday I will try and save up and buy a Vespa 🛵 I really dig them.

I wish you did a video on a 2017 Piaggio BV350 (or a 2016 nothing older). I am actually picking up my 2017 BV350 next week. Sorry, I am not local to you guys. I am going to take the seat some place to see if they can shave about an inch off the rider padding so I can flat foot the scooter. If not, I'll just live with it as is. I would like to know if there are any body protective accessoires for the MY17 or MY16 BV350 that one could order and have shipped. Right now if one were th drop the bike they are basically screwed. Even the black trim you did on this scooter would protect it in cases of a drop. If you have any news on that front please let me know and I can contact/email you guys about ordering. Or just give me a URL to a site I can look at for such parts. Piaggio's website is very limited in way of accessories and parts. Thank you. Cheers!

There is a "Chrome Kit" for the BV350 that supposedly protects the body from falls, but pictures of it are few and far between, and the couple reviews I have seen are mixed at best. It is a special-order item from Piaggio, part number 656110 (may be listed as for older/different model Piaggios as it is used across several lines). Personally, I don't have them on my BV350, and yes, I've wrenched my leg a couple times stopping it from tipping. www.af1racing.com/store/ProdImages/st3/656110.jpg

Thanks Jessica. I appreciate the comment and link. Since I posted my comment above I've seen a photo of this body brace and on the scooter it looks more like a side saddle luggage bracket. I will just live with the BV as is for now. Again, thank you!
