We seemed too serious about everything with a lot expectation in life, we think we are smart and intelligent on managing things around us but we don't recognize and manage well ourselves, we end up trapped in our desires and thoughts unconsciously, suffering and struggling. Millions of thanks to you, great teacher, full of wisdom! The joyful way of teaching is exceptional helpful to me who has suffered from anxieties and unknowing constant stress caused by my thinking habit. Very good point that we should not expect a permanent cure by a short period of practicing, the meditation is a lifetime learning and effort and it will be priceless rewarding, I believe.

76:34 meditation is just recognized awareness and be with it so once you discover your great quality within yourself. 76:58 That is there's a lot of steps, you know step by step not just one day suddenly enlightened. Thankssssss Rinpoche for giving direct instruction. Easy and simple practising.

So simple to understand and so funny! I listen to you Rinpoche lak, often to absorb as much as I can in me. That very millisecond I experienced of awareness of my whole body sensation merging inside the skin when I listened to your singing bowl one night with my closed eyes before asleep was such a blessing and heavenly curing. 🌻🙏🙏🙏🌻

He looks 10 years younger than he really is maybe 20 he looks like a kid now. I just found this young person and in one night I think I've lost 10 years of my age I find them very healing and soothing because he's good for putting me to sleep which is something I need. Thank you for everything beware of the colonizers who want to use you but you're for the whole world and you love everything just like me I guess it's okay we're damaged proof too bless you bless you

Please, i have one question...for me is dificult to be complite in studing.. here in Croatia, i can follow Budda, Dahrma but the problem is there is no Sangha ...so am asking if sombody know how can i be the part of Sanga and where? Till the time you meet a Lama, when you start to meditate you can recite three times: “I take refuge in the Buddha, I take refuge in the dharma, I take refuge in the sangha.” Yet, even though there is a formula, this is not an empty or mechanical ritual, but a practice meant to expand our understanding and intention. Also, at the en of your meditation, you can dedicate your meditation to the sake of all sensitive lives.

So peace and happiness or whatever comes from meditation because it comes when ur mind is clear or can see more clearly being more aware whatever Word you want to use, The actual meditation is not about peace and happiness, The peace and happiness or whatever is basically a reward from meditation after a certain amount of time doing it, weeks or maybe years? tell me if im wrong

Well, peace comes when you are not controlled by your mind anymore. It can happen anytime, even when you are just concentrating on your breath. It comes from a clear had and a mind that you control wether it is on or off. That is the natural peace of mind. About happiness, well, true happiness comes from abandoning all ideas and concepts about your life and letting the universe lead you and enjoying the ride that is the true happiness, because when you have realised that everything is hapiness, even death, even disease is happiness, then sorrow has no space to exist in your life. True hapiness comes when you achieve some sort of enlightenment. As to the happiness you are thinking abou, well one way to let it exist in your life is to detach from the concept of hapiness, because that joy exists as a duality of joy and sorrow, one cannot exist without another until you are aware that they both are just constructs of your immagination. Try watching your breath. It can give a taste of the peace and true happiness of living in the present moment. Try not to think too much about it. Keep youraelf relaxed. This is not a contest of who can achieve happiness and who can’t.

A thought has been going though my mind recently about the old saying “when the student is ready, the master will appear.” I thank you deeply for sharing.
