Today in the Bent and Broken Garage we are changing the oil in our 2019 Ford Connect Cargo van with a 2.0L engine.

Just changed mine for the first time; with a set of RhinoRamps it's not really a big deal to remove the splash guard without a lift. Your video walked me right through it, thanks again.

Thanks for mentioning wrench size for plug (15mm) and torx size for shield (T30).

Thank you for this. At least they position the filter right. One note, it may be a good idea to prime the filter before installing. And with it being vertical,you don’t have to worry about spilling fresh oil.

Don't have to but does help a tiny bit with MPG.

Factory intervals are stupid. The manufacturer only wants to get your engine through the warranty period and make cars look as maintenance-free as possible.
