BINGO! Thanks SO much for posting this! Worked on my '20 Silverado. Your vid was spot on for my scenario. I think your one step into the next step was explained perfectly. It's possible the GM manual describes your method, but it's dragged out over multiple steps and is misleading when it comes to the "alternate" steps. I took it as "one method OR the other" and in the process of moving onto method 2, proceeded to press 1 and 3 to clear out the failed attempt. I can't believe how poorly the instructions are written by GM. Thanks a TON!

Thanks 😎, it worked like a CHARM. Late last year I bought my house, 2 months later I had to replace the dinosaur garage door opener with a state-of-the-art Genie opener (remote is identical to yours), but was having issues paring the opener to my Blazer....until today 😎.

This is my third vehicle since I bought this house and I have never been able to program my opener. I have tried to program them all but I end up giving up and using the hand held opener. With your video it took me three minutes. Thank you you made it easy. Great video.

Thanks for this! The last method you show here worked for me. Apparently, I was holding down the Homelink button TOO LONG. When I tried it for just the 2-3 seconds as you did, released then pressed/released a couple more times... SUCCESS! Now, if I can just get the universal remote keypad reprogrammed for this new Genie 1035 too, I'll be set LOL!
