The Traverse is probably the best family SUV to have. I fell in love with it just by getting a ride home 1 day. Now im a proud Traverse owner! I installed my own audio system along with a 15inch ceiling monitor for the kids to watch TV. I even installed the Roku to watch HULU, KZfaq or even Netflix with the hotspot on my phone. Its like my 2nd home.

Yea i dislike the Pilot. I thought about the Odyssey for a bit but when i finally sat in a Traverse it felt like i was inside of an Impala which i had an 2011 just higher since its an SUV. I have been thru at least 35 cars in my lifetime of driving & the its my favorite of them all.

I've watched tons of videos about the Traverse, but this is the one that sold me on it. I watched it a year ago and just bought a 2019. We used it to move across the state and it was super helpful. My wife and kid love it too.

I fell in love with a Tahoe I saw that looked like a shining angel in a parking lot so when I began shopping around I immediately went for the tahoe until I saw the traverse and the space and functionality of it! I've had my Black redline traverse for a bit over 2 years and completely happy with it! I fall in love with everytime I see it and drive it 😍

My brother is 6’4” and has comfortably ridden in my Traverse many times, and not always in the front. I can fit 7 adults in my Traverse, which comes in handy sometimes.

Had both. Very accurate analysis. I love the Tahoe, but I am starting to appreciate the Traverse (2019+). Test drive them both and pick what suits your r taste.

Just chose the Traverse over the Tahoe & Durango & am very satisfied. The Durango is gorgeous & Tahoe sits up nice & high but the Traverse was just a better all around package

I have a 2018 Traverse and I love it. I've owned 2 previous Traverses and I like this one waaay better by far! I really wanted the Suburban. But the VERY steep price tag, 31 gallon gas tank and the same lack of leg space in the 3rd row made the difference. I couldn't see myself paying another mortgage payment for a car that my 5'10 14-year-old son can't comfortably sit in. Plus I have 2 more younger boys that are growing like crazy and would have the same issue with them in a few years. We all comfortably fit in the Traverse, even when my husband rides with us.

We were very close to purchasing a Tahoe with the Premier trim but ended up opting for the Traverse High Country AWD at the last minute and haven’t regretted it once. A great family SUV with plenty of power from the V6. It has everything we’ll ever need and more.

Great comparison. I liked the Traverse’s rubber lining on the seat back of the 3rd row, which matched the cargo area floor. Seems like pretty good protection.

I have a 2010 Chevy Traverse fully loaded and I LOVE it. I often have people ask me questions and have actually had quite a few friends and family make the switch after being in mine. We considered switching to a Tahoe for a “bigger” more “spacious” and “cargo friendly” vehicle but quickly decided to stay with our traverse for another season before getting the newest high country! Can’t wait. Great video.

I love my Traverse! I was one of those who debated buying a Tahoe and I went with the Traverse. More room for the kiddos and I can still get a stroller or groceries in the back.

The reasons he pointed out in the video about passenger space is accurate. I actually looking at the Tahoe when the sales person showed me the Treverse and pointed out the passenger space. I am the proud owner of the 2019 travers.

I have a suburban, having 4 kids that are out of car seats is perfect for this vehicle, while in car seats i enjoyed a minivan. The suburban is great but they are so expensive now I enjoy my old 2008 still looks sharp, i dont understand how people are affording these 40k-95k newer vehicles😰

Back in 2003 I remember a salesman did the same thing to my dad he let him test drive the envoy XL Denali and the Yukon XL Denali obviously my dad without thinking he choose the Yukon and he stills drives that truck. Towed and did many road trips in that truck many across US and Mexico

We own a 2014 Traverse and I have to say, it is the best driving vehicle that I have ever driven, period. It tows light loads well, just have to remember that it is a front wheel drive, unless you have an all wheel drive. We’ve owned a Suburban and I’ve driven a Tahoe, and neither one holds a candle to the handling and drivability of the Traverse. Excellent vehicle, we will be buying a new one, probably with all wheel drive. For true towing, we have our 2018 Ram 3500 Cummins powered dually, also an excellent vehicle. 👍

We literally were at the Chevy dealer yesterday and were deciding between a Tahoe and traverse!! We went with the traverse!! Its is surprisingly much bigger inside and I was shocked and impressed!

We just traded in our 2011 Traverse, which we loved, for a 2019 Traverse. We bought the premier because we didn't like the color of the high country seats. We love our new Traverse. It is comfortable ride and beautiful. My husband is 6'10", so his height dictates what cars we buy, and needless to say he has limited selection. He fits in the Traverse even at his height. It's a perfect family car, and loaded with options our older Traverse didn't have.

Yeah we on the traverse love it to minutes plenty of space I have 2 boys playing sports and as all the cargo space we currently use it for camping I put a basket on top full size basket and we have more Room and then it will ever need

Went to chevrolet to buy a tahoe but definitely a traverse was the best option for us a family of 6. Bought the 3Lt premium package with black edition ( kinda between premium and rs edition) and i love it It is an elegant and sporty car at the same time

I had a Tahoe and I loved it, but I eventually had to trade it in for a Traverse due to the seating and cargo space. My kids couldn’t fit in the 3rd seat at all.

Awesome video and perfect comparison! I was looking at the same Vehicles and trying to determine if I should trade my traverse for the Tahoe but now I think I may be keeping my traverse. Ty for such awesome review!

GREAT Info thanks for sharing!! I was looking at traverse's I like them now with this added info I'd love to have one my sons are huge and them in my volt isn't getting it at all or if I can't get the traverse I'll get the equinox I drove one and its not bad at all.. It has nice power to it and comfy once you adjust everything to your comfort level.. 👍👍

I have a Volt as well.. My wife and I have no children so we never use the back seat.. that back seat is tight!

Well I’m not a soccer mom. I got the Traverse in Cajun red. Beautiful AND I’m using it to tow a small trailer and also camping. Fits me just fine 💗

I love my traverse. Its got great handling, great horsepower when needed and looks great. I use mine while driving for lyft and my passengers absolutely love it and its capabilities. They dont even realize that it has a 3rd row. I would recommend a traverse to anyone

we plan tp buy tahoe next month... now i have a second thought of it.. im confused now.. i want the looknof the tahoe but now i knew the leg room space and the back is smal... im disapointed

Think of the tahoe and suburban as 5 passenger suvs with a 3rd row for emergencies. I've been in the 3rd row of a Tahoe and that was the most uncomfortable 20 minutes of my life. The previous gen traverse has do much room in the 3rd row that it is Actually comparable to the 2nd row. The tahoe is more like a x5 with the 3rd row option or the dodge journey or acura MDX

Good review. I decided to go with the Tahoe. I like the way ladder frame vehicles drive. More comfortable, in my opinion.

I love my 2013 Traverse for all the points you mentioned. The only thing is the 3rd row seats are not very comfortable for long trips. from what my passengers tell me.

Good video. My uncle just purchased the 2018 Traverse for 44k out the door. I actually love the vehicle, very comfortable and has plenty of room inside.
